Digital technologies have been at the forefront of the COVID-19 crisis to detect, track and treat the virus as well as to keep society running whilst we are all stuck at home. But what is the role of digital in the EU’s recovery strategy for its reconstruction and economic recovery? Can technology make the EU more resilient and able to respond quicker to the next catastrophe?

This high level event brought together policymakers, industry executives and civil society to discuss how the digital transformation of European manufacturing can create growth and jobs in the post-Covid-19 world.
